Our beef is raised in Texas and Oregon in a low-stress environment with no antibiotics, hormones, or animal by-products. Due to this unique feeding program, guests will be able to enjoy the delicate and soft texture of the meat that is full of flavors and has a higher ratio of unsaturated fat to saturated fat.
